Take Time To Smell The Roses
In today’s busy world we often are rushing from one task to another. In that rush, whether it be actually physically traveling in some way from one location to another or moving our attention from one project to another in our office, we miss out on beauty along the way. Now that beauty may well be some roses setup to beautify the office or some other kind of beauty that could just as easily be over looked.
Today for example I noticed a young couple on the train sitting opposite me. Now they would not be considered a handsome couple, no it was not their physical beauty that struck me, but the beauty of their relationship. They sat there hand-in-hand, talking and laughing together, oblivious to all the others on the train around them… en-wrapped with each other.
Take time today to reflect and consider something beautiful in your life. Enjoy being a part of this amazing world, this amazing life, and be thankful.
